This Astral Land exists in a Universe parallel to our own. Inhabitants of our Universe can reach it by going through designated portholes, such as reading a Virtual-Letter™ from the Committee. The land is part computer generation and part pure fantasy, culminating in a central city known as Illumator. It is to this city that propaganda from our own Universe goes to die. Here, manifesting within the safety of the Illumator walls, slogans and trademarks are set free to merge into one another and finally tell the truth.
